My Approach

Are you struggling to reconnect with your partner after experiencing a loss of intimacy or emotional connection? Do you find yourselves having the same arguments without ever reaching a resolution? Perhaps trust has been broken following infidelity, leaving you wondering whether your relationship can truly heal. Maybe you still love one another but aren't sure how to find your way back to the connection you once shared. Or perhaps you're navigating a difficult season of life on your own, feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, or unexpected changes. Whether you're struggling in your relationship or facing personal challenges, you don't have to navigate these experiences alone. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change.

I am passionate about helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate infidelity, and restore emotional and physical intimacy. I work with partners who feel disconnected, struggle with recurring conflict, or are uncertain about the future of their relationship. I also enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, learning to establish healthier boundaries, or working toward greater emotional balance, my goal is to help you develop the tools and confidence to move forward. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and gently challenged to grow.

I have a strong foundation in and curiosity for understanding human behavior, emotional wellness, interpersonal relationships, and the influence of cultural and social experiences on mental health. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. My clinical interests include strengthening communication, establishing healthy boundaries, rebuilding trust following infidelity, and helping clients develop greater emotional awareness and resilience. My approach is person-centered, and I bring a commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.

My Education

About Me

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley, and my Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Touro University.

My educational background and clinical training have provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, emotional wellness, interpersonal relationships, and the influence of cultural and social experiences on mental health. In addition to my clinical experience, I bring several years of professional experience within the healthcare field, which has strengthened my commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, reading, attending fitness classes, and prioritizing my overall wellness. I value meaningful relationships, personal growth, and finding balance between caring for others and making time for myself. These values shape the compassion and authenticity I bring to my work as a therapist. I recognize that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate their healing journeys. My hope is to help you build healthier relationships, reconnect with yourself and others, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and meaningful.
